Ellensburg and Cle Elum Real Estate Market Report

Across the country we are seeing the real estate markets heating up. With increases in average listing price of real estate in and around the Ellensburg and Cle Elum area, it is hinting at the fact that we are moving into a sellers market. Sellers are increasing their listing prices and home sales are steady as well. In the recent weeks, there has been a 1% increase in listing price.

Buyers in the Cle Elum area still have some good deals to be made, although home values are increasing, so are the number of listings. There shows to be a firm increase of home listings in the Cle Elum area, so there are still plenty of good deals to be had.

Through Cle Elum area seems to be a little behind the national trend for average home listing prices, it is still following in the footsteps of the nation wide market. We hope to see only increases in the time to come.
